I'm too fat, and I would lose weight. How should I proceed to do so?

Well, here I go: I have a high BMI, so it is not a "Think" I'm fat, is "knowing" I'm fat. I know that diet and exercise are key components to losing weight, but I need a plan that fits my studies, work, and the band. I'm tired of being fat. Could someone give me some general guidelines or suggestions as to what to do please? I've cut pop drinking, and I hope that helps. I do not care about fitting into a size 2 (I know realistically it will never happen, because I am genetically large bones), I just want to be healthy. I want to die of suffocation from laughter, exhaustion to explore the world, anything, anything but diabetes, heart disease, or to stop before reaching there OBESITY. And I want my children to have a healthy lifestyle does not have to worry about this when you're 15. Thank you all for your help. <33 Rachel

Start small and slow start. If you try to do it all get discouraged! Yes, pop cutting will help! When this becomes easy for you and am not tempted by most, cut the sugar or eliminate fast food, then stop eating after 7 Drink lots of water! Cut a sandwich size bag vegetables (peppers, celery, carrots, cucumbers), take them with you throughout the day. You can easily get vegetables every day to do that. Lead to apples or oranges or some fruit for when you have a sweet tooth. The cravings do not go away, it just takes time and patience. Exercise! If all you have time for a 15 minute walk, then take it. If it's morning or noon or night, just get out and walk as fast as you can handle and not down unless his death to be quiet until you breath, then speed again. Exercise and eating well is the best way to lose weight and make it healthy. The other thing to remember is that it takes your body time. You need to know your serious! If you are not doing these things consistently, then your body will not lose weight. Take one day a month to enjoy of something sweet or a treatment that has been holding out at.
