Male 55 poz HIV, CD4 count 260, weight 75kgs …. feel very tired all the time, any help? I hv been diagnosed last 2 months. I began to herbal medicines and 30 days. my CD4 count increased from 230 to 260 in a month. But my problem now is that I feel very tired and weak after doing a small amount of work. my diet is fine. I'm diebetic too. My boiling point is reduced to 70 times, but most 80. Can someone please help me how to get rid of this tiredness, weakness. I m not too bad, but this fatigue is really bothering me. Any help is appreciated. I have had tuberculosis as art and it is like my HIV was diagnosed. I'm taking medication for tuberculosis is also XEED 4. Doctor says I'm recovering tb so until then to reduce the dose from next week. Now please tell me any remedies for this fatigue.
