I am in a contest of 8 weeks to lose body fat. Should I stop sodium intake, just before the final fold of skin test?

The competition is judged in proportion of body fat lost a seven-point test of the fold of skin. I'm on a 50% protein, 40% carbohydrate, 10% fat diet. Most packaged foods high protein low in fat is high in sodium. Does sodium water retention high because my test to be higher? If so, When should I cut the sodium?

Sodium start dropping the beginning of last week and the last 2-3 days to start taking the supplements as follows: Dandelion Root (250-500mg) 2 to 3 times a day Bearberry (200 mg) 3 times daily caffeine-2 (200-400mg) 2 to 3 times a day
