
what do you think of this dinner? healthy?low calories? etc etc?
i decided i would get pitta bread and put tomatoe sauce on it along with mozzeralla cheese and cook it.. i love pizza but im trying hard to diet cause im overweight…how many calories would this roughly be if i made it…is it ok to hav a diet coke with it and maybe some oven baked fries or am i pushing it lol……….if you know any other recipes to replace fast food with leave me know(that doesnt involve weird sauces, salad or veggies lol) ..im a really fussy eater so this is hard for me.. i love fast food and the only meat i eat is chicken and turkey..i eat my own homemade veg soup for lunch usually cause i cant eat veg by itself lol

you will fail if u try to make “”healthy alternatives” to unhealthy food. I.e healthy chips,pizza,burger. They won’t taste the same and u will crave the originial. try something COMPLETELY different. u will have to learn to like healthy food if u are to keep weight off. Pitta bread is not particuarly low in fat or calories and cheese is loaded with fat and calories too. Not a good choice
