lemonade diet cleanser
master cleanser lemonade diet…?

anybody else go on it, please tell your success…did you lose weight…or did a disease/allergy go away…? also, how long did you stay on it. I’m planning on staying on it for 7-10 days and today is Day 1 for me.

Are you on this lemondade diet to lose weight? I am not sure because you said something about a disease or allergy going away. So I am a little confused… But here is my best answer.

If you go on this FAD diet you will lose a little weight. The majority of this weight lost will be water weight. Once you go off the diet and return to your normal eating habits, you will gain the weight back.

The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your eating lifestyle. lower the amount of fat you eat, up your protein intake and eat complex not simple carbs(think white! ie potatos, white rice etc those are simple carbs) Eats lots of fruits and vegies. Drink water, exercise(cardio(walking is great) and light weights) If you do these things, you will lose weight more slowly, but you will have a better chance of keeping it off once you lose it. It’s not safe to fad diet. you will just keep losing and gaining weight. That is not good for your body.
