
About a very Low carb diet….. Please only answer if you know what your talking about.?
heres the deal:
1. Im only doing this for a month it is not a “life long thing”
2. Im not 14 Im 22 And I have a reason for this
3.I work out at the ymca 5-6 days a week Im not useless
I was recently in a very abusive relationship I have never been over 135 pounds. I recently left this man and now Im extremely headstrong on joining the army to try to pull my life back together
* I weigh 157 puonds
* Im looking to drop to 145 so I can leave for basic on the 20th of november, not an extreme amount…
Please list some foods i can eat are there any veggies, what i ate today was some cheese, tuna, chicken and pickles. I cant live off pickles, lol.
With the proper diet this weight should come off I have only carried it about 4 months. Please help I have a goal. I just need the tool…..
ONCE I ENTER BASIC I WONT NEED TO DIET ANYMORE
If you read the book The Atkins Diet, it will be very informative and give you exactly what you can and can’t eat on a no/lo carb diet. From what I have noticed from personal experience with this diet, the first time you start eating carbs again, the weight comes right back. This is also bad for you body. but it will help you lose weight.
