Which book should I start with to begin my diet?
I bought two books to begin a diet. I bought The Low GI Diet Revolution and You on a Diet by Dr. Oz. Has anyone ever read and tried one of these books? How did you and which one do you think is better? Thanks ahead of time!!
nah i haven’t read them. basically they way i lost weight is the way everyone always says “diet and exercise bla bla bla” lol. i did cardio to burn fat like swimming, biking, hiking, walking, etc. i ate healthy like grilled chicken instead of fried etc.
you can search the web there’s a plethora of info about weight loss.
