
Does any body made the Mediterranean diet?
hi i want to know how that works and works so the list of foods to eat in this surpose diet please tell me how the diet if you make and how much u weight loss each month
Mediterranean diet is AWESOME! The diet focuses on using::: lots of fish, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Often, cooking involves the use of balsamic vinegar and olive oil (careful with the oil – High in calories, a little should do the trick). The diet is high because they cut a large amount of fat in your diet (chicken meat not used), and after a meal feel sufficient satisfaction – no regrets! Legumes such as chickpeas and lentils are great because they give you a great source of fiber (good for the digestive system) and proteins (kept full). Whole grains are ideal to get your energy from carbohydrates, but are healthy for you, at the same time (fiber, again!). And do not forget the fish! Proteins and brain power! In regard to weight loss, which is different for everyone. I would estimate that you could easily top ten pound fell to just switch to eating these foods instead of their usual diet in a month. But stick with it if you want to maintain weight. You can not only change again. If you want to keep losing weight, increasing exercise and spending Mediterranean food. Good luck! Also, try to find a chili recipe vegetarian lentils – a recipe in fact given by a nutritionist from Greece!

Surprisingly! It’s like you understand my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the content home a bit, besides that, this is outstanding blog post. A wonderful read. I’ll definitely return again.
