Hi, I’ve read that a Mediterranean diet is good to lose weight. Anybody tried it? How many pounds did you lose? What was your eating plan like? I have about 10 pounds to get rid of and I wish to lose them the healthy way, so any meal or diet suggestion would be appreciated… thanks for your help…
You can lose weight if you tried right way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight easy using this diet way.
