those last few pounds!?
I’ve been working out 6 days a week for the past month. I do cardio all of those 6 days and I add weight/resistance training 3 of those days. I’ve been dieting and drinking protein shakes for breakfast but not much changes in the mirror! My abs/ arms seem a bit more toned, and I think I dropped maybe 5 pounds but I have these fat, cellulitey thighs!
I weigh 108 and am 5’2. A personal trainer did my measurements to calculate my BMI at 24.
How do I get rid of the cellulitey fat thighs?? I do leg workouts! I’m so confusedddddddd!
Oh, also, I just started taking Mega-T Green Tea pills. Do those work?
I have the same issue. i workout everyday basically, and i’m still at the same weight and I don’t see any change in my body. They call this a plateau. I read that at this point you need to do a more challenging workout routine.
