what’s the difference between nivea goodbye cellulite serum and gel?

i’ve been stressing about one little dimple on the back of my thigh that i’ve been trying to get rid of for summer (lots of water,exercise,massaging,running and fruits and veggies-been there,doing that.) i am going to get both products.but if you could help me by telling me the difference between both and if i should use both at the same time that would be great.

“I bought some from Walmart ages ago when it was on sale. I only use the lotion in the blue bottle, not the patches or pills. I can honestly say it really made a difference. I was doing a lot of cardio and I started seeing cellulite on the side of my thighs. I started using this right after the shower before bed and I can tell a difference! It is definitely worth it.
