Sugar and sodium question?

I'm on a 1500 calorie diet. I've done extraordinarily well stay below my goal of 1,500 calories. I using an online food diary to track food intact and exercises. I'm on the track where the calories and fat is a concern. But I have noticed that a couple of times I've gone over my limit sugar or sodium. Today really did on the consumption of sodium. My question is, how important is to stay on the road for sodium and sugar? I've never been too long for the sugar. I've been drinking lots of water, at least eight glasses, usually more. So while I'm drinking lots of water, you should be fine?

First of all sugar splurge effects the results over 100% more sodium ever. A Unless you're eating three McDonald's hamburgers should be fine, you can always sweat sodium, working in a room that is heated, or just walking in the sun or running in the sun for a few minutes.
