protein diet breakfast ideas
Ideas for protein snacks?

i would like to get some ideas…i weight lift, and my diet is very well, i love tuna, peanutbutter, fruits, wheat past, oatmeal and etc…i dont have trouble knwoing what to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but sometimes, when i have to eat in between meals, i really dont what to eat…what im trying to say is, what are some snacks that you reccomend that contain lots of protein? i get tired of eatiing peanutbutter sandwiches on wheat, or turkey or tuna sandwiches..i would like something new. i always try to eat my protein instead of drinking it with shakes, i mean, i do, but i try to do a little bit of both. One idea that i had was wheat tortillas, with low cal cheese and pieces of chiken…any other suggestions? thanks :)

have you tried greek yogurt? fage or oikos are good. They have a non-fat one, and it has around 20 grams of protein and they are low in sugar!
