
smoothie recipes?!?!?!?
i need some smoothie recipies for breakfast but they MUST be low calorie because im on a diet..but i also need for the smoothie to fill me up an be delicious ( nothing with things like wheat germ or protein powder or things like that please )

1 cup frozen black berries-75 calories
1/2 cup skim milk-45 calories
1/2-1 cup water-0 calories
1/4-1/2 cup splenda-0 calories
mix together in a blender, or food processor.
