Do you know anything about the Sacred Heart soup diet?
I have a friend who has tried the diet with her mom. My friend did not adhere to the guidelines diet, but lost 3 pounds. His mother lost 12 kilos in 2 weeks. This seems like something I'd like to try, but the problem is that I have an allergy freak tomatoes. I'm not talking about some hives itching – my throat, tongue and lips swell and I can not breathe.
