Can diet teas with the herbal laxative Senna help lose weight fast?
Yes – the idea being that the excess weight is at least in part, elimination back-up. Once the system is cleansed and clear, your digestion improves – you get more nutrition and lose weight more easily. I do not know Senna, but I can tell you the concept is sound. Remember, laxative means stick near a bathroom for the first couple of days.
Try it for about 2 weeks, then you should be cleaned out – no more than 4 weeks. You might want to supplement with a good vitamin or mineral supplement to help your nutrition while you cleanse.
