Has the Disney Vault holding period changed from 10 to 5 yrs?

I’m a huge fan of the old Disney Classics, and have been more than once saddened to find that I was too late to buy a certain Disney DVD before it went out of print. I used to think that they held them in the Disney Vault for 10 yrs, but now I see something about 5yrs? But Snow White has taken 7 yrs to come out (it comes out in 2008) does anyone know how long the time is now? I looked it up on google but I’m still not sure. I’m currently pining for Lion King and Sleeping Beauty. Does anybody know approx dates for those re-releases? I wanna know if I should wait to buy them when they come out…I’d rather not have to spend a fortune on E-bay..

They have been having some difficulty with releases as Disney are losing money to bigger titles like Pixar and (the ones who did Shrek whose names I have forgotten). Anyway from what i hear they are starting to release more second vids (i.e. Cinderella 2, Brother Bear 2) in order to prolong anticipation for the ones people really want. Had a huuuuge rush for Bambi and the Little Mermaid.
But if they do keep losing money they’ll bring them out faster as they have been doing recently, which is why it went from 10 years down to 5.
I’d wait to buy them.
