Is it likely I could put on weight after this weekend after eating/doing this:?

Yesterday I went for two walks and ate only cereal and fruit and half of a medical/nutrition supplement.

Today I had a bowl of bran flakes with no milk, went for a walk, and then another one, then had 250ml of a nutritional supplement drink from my doctor to give my body energy which I cant get from food. I’ve done a bit more exercise in my bedroom, and tonight I will have a small bowl of diet soup, an apple, a pear and a handful of grapes and another nutritional supplement if my mom forces me too. Tomorrow I’ll be doing a little bit of exercise but I’m going to be sat down for most of the day, so will this make me fatter?

I know it sounds crazy but my head is a little fucked up at the moment

ummm no what you are eating is not enough for you to gain weight and since you say you do exercise then you shoulndt… but seriously though try that Bigmac at mcdonalds
