
please help me! im on the south beach diet and i need fast advice?
well just 2 days ago i started the sbd and i honestly feel fine, ive managed to avoid all the bad carbs but i had pizza because my mom said it was fine (i did NOT eat the crust) i think shes lying because i have a strong feeling i wasnt suppoesed to eat it and i feel guilty. i am only 13 i weigh 141 lbs and im 5’3, i feel really good about this diet and i am determined to loose this weight i know its going to be reallly hard but i need to do this for myself, im way to self-conscious about my weight, i wear baggy clothes and jackets to trry and cover it up and it kills me. anyone have advice?

Truly do it for YOU and so YOU can feel good. Realize that happiness won’t be found at the bottom of a bowl of ice-cream: no matter how good it tastes, it won’t fill any emotional gap.
Also, eat in moderation.
If you’re trying to be healthy, pizza isn’t the best thing to eat. The dough, the grease, the melted high-fat cheese, plus sugary tomato sauce?
If you really want pizza, make something similar at home using a tortilla, low-cal salsa, grated low-fat cheese, and veggies! It’s simple, and you just need a microwave.
