How did you do in the diet of South Beach?

I have since October 5 lost 65 pounds using various methods to move from 266.5 to 198.5 pounds and now I'm at 210 on average. I feel a kind of intermediate and hunger I have stressed, especially pressed for time and energy. I still want to lose again decided to buy the book and tried to pre-packaged meals and the like that are surprisingly filling, which is important for me because I fill that hungry lately, especially when I get home late at 10.30 at night to help sleep). Anyway I decide I want to go through phase one, do you think you can get food from the vending machine at work for dinner, and my diet Pepsi, and drink water, because what I have in my bag of food is not met, the cup of rice noodles and stir frying. In addition to not eat seafood unless it is a fried fish fillet. Also I've had some cereal and some kielbasa. What do you suggest for today with little money and taking into account what I have comsumer. or should I start at a later date, you think?
