
South beach diet, anyone?
hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone is familiar with the south beach diet. i was wondering by ‘carbs’ they mean only bread, pasta, potatoes, etc. i have the list of food i can have for phase 1 and 2 and 3 and on it it says i can buy sugar free popsicles but the box say they have 4g of carbs, i am a vegetarian and it says i can buy veggie burgers but it has 4g of carbs. Is this ok?
and i was wondering if anyone knows how much of veggies, cheese, nuts, etc i can have each day for Phase 1?
