Is this a lot of food?
I think I ate a whole lot!
what do you think? Not really trying to lose weight, but concerned that I will gain with this amount!
I am 5’4″ and 100 lbs. I am 17 yrs old. Exercise was 1 hr 5 cardio, 15 mins weights, 1 hr yoga.
2 bowls frosted mini wheats
a few egg whites
2 yoplait nonfat yogurts
a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
a slice of toast
a bit of cashew trail mix
a peanut butter luna bar
1/4 of a clif bar
a south beach diet cereal bar
3 small apples
a peach
a nectarine
an orange
a banana
a small bean wrap
gatorade
oh yeah and 3 slices of turkey with honey mustard
little bit of brown rice
No it is not alot. Your eating more than 5 a day which is good
. Be proud of yourself.
