Where I can buy coffee powder? I've been in at least two major grocery stores, and unless I'm not alone

looking for what is right or by another name, then I'm at a loss. I guess it's the same layer of powder used in some desserts. I'm on the South Beach diet and is on my shopping list, but I can not find it. Do you think it means instant international products cappuccino coffee in the coffee aisle? I think it has to be sugar and cocoa powder and powders are usually sweetened.
