With the South Beach Diet is hamburger okay?

I was thinking of just making hamburgers. No buns. Low carb Ketchup probably. I didn’t know if for phase I hamburgers would be acceptable. It would be very lean meat on a forman grill.

you should be ok for level 1, although south beach isn’t for everyone, this is a lean diet, and may appear to get your weight down, but exercise and fitness help, so be careful,
