
I need sum help south beach experts please!?
I am doing the SBD and I am in Phase 1. Which is the toughest, I know. I’m on the 3rd day and I am also a college student always on the run and my family is against dieting of any kind. Can I eat cheeseburgers or grilled chicken burgers but leave out the bread and ketchup and eat the veggies??? I don’t eat burgers everyday just occasionally. Can i add onions to turkey bacon and egg whites in the mornings? I’ve only been on it 3 days and I’ve lost only 4 lbs., but I have faith it will work! Its just difficult to prepare things when I am on the run and out of the house all day at school. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you BTW: I am 25 yrs. old, weigh 126 lbs. and 5’2 in height. I would like to be at 115, and YES friends it is considered healthy;) once again thank YOU;)
