I last year. I think it's a great program – the food is very tasty and fulling, who feels the way you eat too much food, but not b / c mini eat your meals / portions during the day. U know there is a cookbook that is for this diet? I had fallen in the diet, but too much of a lifestyle of expensive maintenance. Good luck!
