South Beach Diet question.?

I am going to Red Lobster and I would like to find SPECIFIC menu items that are the best options for me on the South Beach Diet. Does anyone know of a website that will give me this information? (Not southbeachdiet.com because you have to pay for that site)

Farm-Raised Catfish
Prepared blackened or golden-fried.

Broiled Seafood Platter
Tender bay scallops, garlic shrimp scampi and stuffed flounder

Flounder
Prepared oven-broiled or golden-fried.

Seafood Caesar Salad
Maine and langostino lobster with shrimp served warm over crisp romaine, with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan

Apple-Walnut Chicken Salad
Field greens, warm grilled chicken, red bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, apples, toasted walnuts and blue cheese with balsamic vinaigrette.

Snow Crab Legs
1 pound, steamed and served with melted butter.

North Pacific King Crab Legs
1½ pounds, steamed and served with melted butter.

Lobster and Seafood Mixed Grill
A Maine lobster tail with skewered jumbo shrimp and sea scallops, fire-grilled and topped with a whitewine and butter sauce, over wild rice pilaf.

Live Maine Lobster
A fresh, steamed 1¼-pound lobster served whole or split.

Rock Lobster Tail
Prepared oven-broiled and served fluffed on the shell.

Steak and Rock Lobster Tail
Rock lobster tail paired with your choice of a seasoned, grilled center-cut sirloin or New York strip steak.

Grilled Center-Cut New York Strip Steak
Lightly seasoned and prepared to your liking.

Honey BBQ Shrimp and Chicken
Jumbo shrimp in a creamy honey BBQ sauce over grilled BBQ-rubbed chicken breast and mashed potatoes. Garnished with pico de gallo.

Grilled Chicken Breast
Marinated in tangy balsamic vinaigrette and fire-grilled. Served over wild rice pilaf.

Aztec Chicken
Fire-grilled, chipotle BBQ-rubbed chicken breast topped with tequila-lime sauce, sour cream and pico de gallo. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Okay, just cut out the rice (or potatoes) and substitute it for salad (dressing on the side) or their mixed vegatables. And, skip all the butters that are served with some of the seafood. Stay away from anything that has pasta (alfredo pasta, etc) or is fried or breaded and you should be fine!

Have fun!
