
Getting Ready to Start South Beach!?
I have been big all my life and i decided that is was time to take control. I joined a program at our base gym to loose 600lbs in 60days. I did great I started taking 3 classes a week plus 2 days of free exercise. In the 60 days which ended yesterday, I lost a total of 22lbs. Go me. But I was talking to my instructor and she told me about South Beach. I ordered the south beach diet book and the good carb good fats book. I got the good carb good fat book already but not the south beach diet. So i was looking and it says what i can eat in phase 1. I am asking as to how i need to eat it?
Is this a good example?
Breakfast-2 egg omlet with fat free cheese and ham?
Lunch- tuna salad with canned tuna, boiled eggs and mustard?
Dinner- baked chicken breast without the skin and green beans?
Or if anyone has any suggestions on menus or meals.

That sounds fine. You will like the South Beach Diet. Its easy to follow especially after the first two weeks. I would add a salad to your lunch and dinner though, so you don’t feel so hungry. You can even put eggs and cheese in the salad. Good luck!
