
I’ve been on the South Beach Diet Phase 1 for 6 days, I’ve only lost 2 lbs…what’s the problem?
I thought by now I would be in ketosis and losing weight quicker, what’s the problem? I’ve been religiously following the diet plan…(I’m a female, 5’10 and currently weigh 188.6 lbs).
Have patience….2 lbs. is better than nothing. Keep plugging away and you should see some more weight loss.( It’s too early to be in ketosis )
