Am I Losing Weight Too Fast?

Mid January I weighed 255 pounds and now I’m down to 232!!! That’s 23 whoppers in right at 2 months!! I’m happy about that, but still I’m wondering if I’m losing too fast. In fact, I’ve actually begun speeding up, not slowing down, as I’d expected. What am I doing to lose? Well, I: 1) drink only water and unsweetened hot tea, 2) don’t eat past 7 pm (period!), 3) exercise DAILY (most days: 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night; all days: minimum 30 minutes… and I’m doing a variety of workouts: cross-trainer, dance pad, walk away the pounds videos, hiking, dumbbells, stretchy bands), 4) watch what I eat, somewhat applying the south beach diet principles. That’s it. Yesterday I lost 1.4 pounds and the day before 1.7! No, I don’t weigh every day, usually just a couple times a week, but I’ve lost so much here lately, that I wanted to track it a bit. So– I’m both excited and nervous. Does anyone have some good advice?

nope your doing fine. if i ride my stand up jet-ski for 3 hours solid i loose 1 pound a day, with no dieting. I don’t know why but i do!! i have checked this for several days in a row always 1 Pound lighter every day
