Breakfast recipe for phase 1 south beach diet besides eggs???
Really tired of eating scrambled, boiled or vegetable quiche…. any other recipes out there???
www.south beach.com has some really good recipes… I was on it, but with my job it was hard to keep on it… I am a cook!
