Is there a way to change my plan to be vegan diet?

I am currently following a diet plan that is real similar to the South Beach plan, but calls for tuna, chicken and turkey as protein sources. I know I can get fake chicken and turkey, which I used instead of real things for sandwiches turkey and, as such, and I use soy milk instead of milk, vegetables and chunks of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, but what about fish and cottage cheese? Is there vegan substitutes for things like salmon or tuna salad or cottage cheese? Hmm, thanks. I did not know. I'll have to watch that when I get home. Possible substitutes for cheese you would recommend? Jezebel is not just losing weight. It is a moral and principle thing for me too. I just want to be healthy and do my part to maintain healthy soil. I'll go into a health career and I'm learning a lot about the human body. I do not want to put bad things in my body.

Cheese Salad (tofu mashed with seasonings firm as he had put in tuna salad) is more like egg salad, tuna, but still does the job. Curd is something we have yet to find a subset of. I kind of forgot about it anyway. The plant fragments (if we're talking about food galaxy) is casein in them, indeed, not vegan. It is best to eat mostly whole foods and not trying to imitate other processed foods with processed foods. Losing weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn only. Good luck. :) ETA: I recommend not trying to imitate the cheese until your change of taste, if ever, but replacing it with good fats like avocado cream.
