Name a weight loss diet please? (etc… cabbage soup, south beach… ) that results in weight loss.?
Please if you tried it or know somebody who has and recieved results let me know.
I know plenty of people who have gone on Weight Watchers and had lots of success. Of course with any program or diet you have to commit, all will work–you just have to find what works for YOU and what you can do for the long term, sticking with it is the key.
