
I have large calves are disproportionate to my body, how I can fix this?
I have tried many schemes known diet, such as South Beach and Atkins, but seem to point the weight loss in stomach area, but that's not my problem I have a 24 inch waist I 5'4 "Weight 145 lbs. And I have 16 years old and I have 16" calves! may not seem that the calves are huge, but I am very disproportionate! I've tried tons of different cardio exercises like (I did a lot of cycling in the low resistance levels and a large number of elliptical), yoga, pilates, weights and nothing helped I have also tried to run for long periods of time because I heard that help, but got bigger! Both my parents are personal trainers certificates and do not know how to help. I recently went back to school shopping and found that no jeans that I have left (including funds from the hood) because they were so tight in calves. PLEASE please help me. I also consulted a doctor about this and he said he did not know what I say
There is no such thing as weight loss goal. Women and men have different areas that usually store more fat than other areas, but can not selectively burn fat in a secluded. It's just your body type, you'll have to learn to work with him. One piece of advice, stay as far away from the boots. I worked with a girl who was short and had big calves often wore boots and what really makes it look worse.

I must be the only individual who in no way heard of this diet plan just before a month ago. I nonetheless feel the very best way to lose weight is just to limit calories and junk food and sweets and not follow any certain diet plan. Just eat less, a little of everything. Atkins diet sounds extreme to me especially given that it causes bad breath and stuff like that. No thank you, but for people who like it that is fine but it’s just not? for me.
I have observed that the atkins diet plan is really a normalizer! should you have bodyfat to lose, you’ll natuarally eat a bit much less, but if you’re working out with weights, your apetite will boost naturally to repair muscle :O. I was a sceptic to this diet plan just several weeks ago, untill I realised I’ve gained weight on it, but at the same time, lost body fat! And? no much more blood sugar crashes
