
any information on the South Beach diet?
im done with 3 days of the South Beach diet and I have not lost 1 pound. is this normal? What is clear in large numbers towards the end of phase 1 or what? I'm about 70 pounds in weight, so theres no reason i shouldn't atleast have lost a few kilos .. anyway here is what I ate last 3 days … Day 1 – cucumber-break, lunch, onion, black eye peas, green beans dinner chicken salad dressing ceaser day snack nuts 2 – bacon lunch-break black eye peas, green beans, dinner salad with a small amount Ceaser and 3 pieces of bacon (without croutons), snack-bar-nuts cycle sugarless fudge Day 3 – rest for 5 pieces of bacon, lunch, snack nuts ceaser salad (without croutons) snack – sugar fudge free cycle ceaser salad for dinner (without croutons) just drank water all day !!!!!!
I did this diet years ago and it took me almost 2 weeks to see any changes. After that I started dropping weight. I stuck to it for a while, but eventually your body just needs things that you have cut and once I started eating anything that I gained the weight back and then some. Good luck! PS I found a well-rounded diet to be a more effective manage my weight. I use a Weight Watchers mortified.
