ok so i need every ones help and advice?
ok so i need help i wanna slim down and i exercise and i don’t seem to be slimming down. i keep gaining weight i don’t know if i should start starving my self or What but its getting ridiculous i was thinking of trimming my diet gradually. im eating about 2000 calories a day i know ima fatty but i drink lots of water so i was thinking of cutting my diet in half until i can handle just eating like 500 or 800 calories a day but i need help what do you people suggest i do..im stuck and i feel huge. im going on a trip to tampa florida and i wanna look good in my swimsuit ya know.so idk What to do any suggestions?
A healthy diet and exercise are the best options. They’re tried and true and they work. You’re problem seems to be that you don’t know what a healthy diet is. 500 calories a day is NOT a healthy diet. AT ALL!!! I cannot stress this to you enough but you should not go down to 500 calories a day. You’ll only be harming yourself in the long run. You should focus more on what types of food you eat rather than how many calories you eat. It doesn’t help if you’re just eating a smaller amount of fatty foods, you need to be eating fruits and vegetables, and cut down on red meat.
Exercise is also key. Try running, its the best thing you can do for overall fitness. Hit the gym and try some ellipticals or bicycles, but also run a lot. Cardio workouts are the best things for overall fitness.
Don’t expect to see results right away. It builds up over time. Ignore your scale as well, because if you’re working out then your building muscle, which weighs more than fat, but you still have a trimmer appearance.
