weight loss loose skin pictures
How can I make sure I’m not left with loose stomach flab when I reach my goal weight?

I’m 17, female, 6ft, currently 95 kilos. I don’t look hideously fat, given my height, but I have nevertheless began trying to lose weight. I started losing weight last year with great results – lost atleast 2 kilos a week doing moderate exercise and eating VERY healthily.

Unfortunately I ditched the diet and didn’t reach my goal weight. Now I want to diet again, and am VERY serious, but I am worried I’ll be left with dreaded stomach flab at the end of my weight loss journey. How can I make sure this doesn’t happened? Is it true that you can lose weight, look slim, but have a flabby, noticeable tummy? I don’t mind is its a small bulge…but I’m just picturing loose, drooping skin. Is this the case and what are some easy-to-do-at-home exercise to prevent it?

At your age any flabby skin will contract on it’s own. Don’t worry about it. Instead of thinking about dieting think about eating healthy and get enough exercise. Work your abdominal muscles.
