I weigh 118 pounds and I'm almost 5'2 "I lost 10 pounds in the last month and a half, but I want to lose 13 more (So I'll be 105 pounds) to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, if not more. Okay, I have a delicious idea low calorie snack. Fudgesickles, no added sugar, calories are only forty years, and are delicious. I would say that low calorie intake and all exericse, which will take three to four weeks.
