Does “Cellmass” aid in weightloss?

I went to Vitamin World and this lady insisted something called Cellmass would aid in recovery and weight-loss. I’ve been doing P90x and I wanted to buy something local instead of ordering stuff online.

I just think the title Cellmass implies it’s going to make me bigger and it has creatine in it.

Important notes:

I have never taken supplements

I’m doing p90x lean for the first round (ie, focusing on cardio with minimal lifting)

I have belly fat and want to get rid of it first before trying to build muscle.

PS: I may keep the product for later because I’m sure it’ll help in a few months, but I’m looking for something now.

don’t listen to the salespeople at vitamin world/gnc/etc. they have NO idea what they are talking about, and are only interested in selling you products. Furthermore, you can usually find MUCH better deals online if you shop around. I’m surprised these stores are still in business.

Anyways, cellmass will not help you lose bodyfat. It is a creatine product which will cause you to retain more water. If you are considering creatine, just buy some bulk monohydrate. you can get 1000g for $15.
