How do i continue to be in a plateau of weight loss?

During the last six monthes, I totally changed my lifestyle. I as very healthy and has a lot of self control. I work as much as I can, in addition to sports games and practices and I have dropped my weight from 178 to 137. But lately I can not get the scale to move at all in the direction and weight loss do not know how to change that. Not sure if just cutting calories will, because I know I did not eat more than 1,200 a day if even at all close. Can anyone help?
