
WEIGHT LOSS. secrets? advice? tricks? HELP!?
I'm not anorexic or anything, but someone could share some of your help to me to lose weight? im currently about 110 pounds and I would like to lose about 10 kilos … I have to make this quick, fast and easy. No please comment saying "wow, why do you do that?" or "what the f * ck? its already too thin or any of that cr * p. It's my life, but please anyone know of a good diet or something? Ive tried just water all … maybe I'll do it again? I do not want to spend money on it or anything … I have to lose weight by 4 weeks. Also, does anyone know any good thighs and stomach stretches and exercises? thanks =)
I I have a couple of bottles of water beside the sofa .. every time I sit on the couch to pick them up and lift up and down. It's boring and seem pointless to do, but if you get used to it., After only 20 minutes you start sweating and your arm is tired. Just change the arm and carry out eventually become automatic and you may even want to progress to some dumbbells, maybe a little heavier than the water bottle.
