
i’m tryin to lose some weight and i wanted to know if using weight loss protein shakes work for women?
i eat a healthy cereal and for lunch i usually have sandwhiches, after work i go to the gym (around 3-4 times a week) where i do 2 days of cardio classes and two days of weight training. i have lost some weight but do these protein shakes work by replacing a meal?
Hmmm…a protein shake to lose weight? Protein will help you gain muscle mass…and muscle weighs more than fat…is it weight you wanna lose or inches? With protein shakes, it’s possible to lose inches but gain a little weight.
