Is there a gym / spa weight loss or breaks in California?
I'm looking for a holiday where you help with food and calories and have fitness classes … Does anyone know of any place in California? thanks!
I've been on "Oaks of Ojai" in Ojai, California. It is near Santa Barbara, California. They gourmet meals are local, exercise classes, spa, quiet little town and other activities. I went to a weekend retreat once and it was really a pleasure.
