
about breasts… desperate, need help!!!?
20 years old, 25 kgs overweight for my height, and have big breasts. Being large they have already sagged. I’m sure with loss of weight, they will reduce. I’m following a healthy way to lose weight. I do running, aerobics and for chest- vertical and inclined chest press, pectoral fly. I do these everyday.
All the sites and forums I have checked out say that breasts cannot be lifted by exercises coz its fat, and after weight loss they sag and leaves loose skin and all other frustrating stuffs!
They also say that chest exercises only helps breasts a little to look better. I want to know how much does it help and how long will it take to see the results???
Also, what to do about the loose skin? Are there any herbs or cream for that? Now I’m really in a bad condition here, and I’m NOT gonna go for surgery. So, please please, suggest something. I REALLY need help!!
and about supportive bras, I have it but will it help them lift? I want it to look ok without bras.
Once the skin is stretched out nothing will change that except surgery. It will be a waste of money to buy any herbs or creams that say otherwise.
