I am a strong and sexy woman in my 20 years and just recently moved and started a new life in a new city. I'm starting at the local university and my life is heading to a major. Only there is a problem. Due to the tension of the things that have been happening in my life over the past years I have gained 30 pounds more. I'm worried about my health because I have a history of heart problems, strokes and diabetes, among other things in my family. People in my family to go to 65 or so usually. I've been thinking and as the rest of my life is going in the right direction, I would like to get my weight and health go that way too. I think I'm looking for some motivation tips to lose weight or anyone would like to share personal stories with me. I want to be fit and healthy so you can be there for a long time and enjoy life.
