Will my diet work?
I want to lose about 10 lbs in 4 weeks. Well actually, I’d like to lose 15-20 in that amount of time, but I don’t want to push my luck. But do you think my diet/exercise plan will work?
Im 18, female, 135 lbs med-large frame, healthy.
Daily meal plan looks something like this.
Breakfast- Egg whites with salsa. 1/2 orange.
Snack- 1/2 serving of whole wheat oatmeal.
Lunch- Spinach with vinaigrette & sliced almonds.
Dinner- Fish and vegetables.
*If I get too hungry, I steer clear from other snacks and stick with fruits and vegetables
Exercise Plan
1 hour of cardio in the morning
30 minutes on the punching bag @ lunch.
1 hour of weights/toning.
I’m keeping myself hydrated (about a gallon and a half of water a day) and I’m drinking Wu-Long tea.
I have cut sugars and white breads from my diet.
I’ve currently been on this plan for 3 days. Was wondering if this would do the trick and if anyone had any suggestions to help me lose 10-15 lbs in 4 weeks. Thanks
no snack between lunch and dinner? I hope you plan on variety, because sometimes eating the same small meal everyday makes you hungry and can lead to failure. The meal plan doesnt sound bad. You can also add healthy meats like chicken breast, sirloin steak and fish like salmon. Add all colors of veggies and fruit to make sure you get the different vitamins and antioxidants your body needs. If you must indulge in dessert dont feel bad. Do it by very small portion once every other day. Congrats on trying to get healthy! Best of luck.
